Shadowbringers pc download no key sent

Bought the game on steam, bought shadowbringers on steam, when I go to put the CD key in on mogstation for my expansion it says it's invalid. Is it because I haven't set up a subscription or did I really just get robbed by SE?

I'm getting a similar problem, tried to log in today under the assumption my copy was already registered and now it's saying I need to register it again, I try to put in the code I keep getting 'Error code i' along with a message saying that 'those who haven't registered their copy by on July 5th will lose access to all Shadowbringers content'.

So am I right in assuming that I've just paid for nothing and need to buy the expansion again? Already tried contacting support and I got a boilerplate 'we cannot help you with this matter' response.

I also got that problem and when I tried to register through the game launcher it said that my code was invalid and pre-order code already used. But when I used the standard key from browser based mogstation it referred me to steam to verify my steam account link and it registered properly.

Only problem is they didn't give me a key, and there is no download button on the order confirmation page. Do I just have to wait?
